李烨(Li Ye),博士,研究员,博士生导师,生物医学信息技术研究中心主任。2008年作为海外引进人才全职回国在中科院深圳先进院工作,建立了健康信息学交叉团队,担任国家发改委健康大数据国家地方联合工程中心主任、中科院健康信息学重点实验室副主任、中国科学院大学健康医疗大数据国家研究院副院长,是广东省科技创新领军人才、深圳市鹏城学者。近年来围绕可穿戴传感与健康大数据分析技术,共发表文章150余篇,其中SCI检索论文50篇,IEEE期刊论文21篇,4 篇影响因子超过9分,担任Information Fusion(IF=10.716)编委、IEEE Sensors Journal (IF=3.076)特刊主编、Physiological Measurement (IF=2.246)国际咨询顾问等,并多次担任IEEE/ACM普适计算和生物医学信息技术领域重要国际会议如PICom、BodyNet、EMBC、BSN&BHI的组织委员会成员或分会主席,组织了首届深圳医疗健康大数据创新应用国际大赛。被授权发明专利38件,其中外国发明专利3件,8件已转化到企业,转化金额达690万,获3个医疗器械注册证,主笔电子健康相关国家/行业标准2项,以完成人获广东省科学技术奖技术发明二等奖1项。承担国自然联合基金重点项目、科技部863计划、中国科学院战略先导科技专项(B类)等国家和省部级科技项目
